Street Art is Everywhere

I have been quiet over here for a while as I have been working on putting together another site. Rather than filling up Six Trees with post after post about street art I have seen on my travels around the world, I began a different, dedicated site back in January: Street Art is Everywhere.

It is not meant to be a news site — there are others that do that well — but, rather, I want it to slowly grow into a kind of encyclopedia. A permanent document of impermanent art. Though this approach may change in the future, each post currently focuses on one piece of art, with information — as much as I know — about the piece, the artist and the location. I am also pinning each piece on this map, which I hope will grow substantially. So far, I have featured pieces from the UK, US, Egypt, Georgia, Turkey, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands, Japan, Colombia, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

If, like me, you are a little bit obsessed with street art, I hope you take a look and also share your thoughts.

All photos – here and there – belong to me. Please, please do not use them without permission.
